Today... How does one treat their most loyal customers like loyal customers?
The best 'thank you' one can give is by adding value.
If you are only marketing your product, your clothing has no more value than its material cost.
And there is always a cheaper option of the same.
However:
By simply using your platform to tell the world for who and what your brand stands for,
You give your most loyal customers value.
Now as they proudly wear your logo on their shirt
Your customers represent (re-present) the idea you communicate through your platform.
You clothing becomes a device to communicate THEIR identity
And, thus, form relationships with the others who believe the same.
This is how communities are formed.
