Each customer has a cost. A recruitment cost if you will.
To uncover the recruitment cost, you must ask yourself what it takes in:
Marketing expenses
Time spent on your brand
Influencer giveaways product expenses
Subscription costs
Content creation
...In order to attract a customer.
Essentially, any tangible or intangible expense to gain a customer.
Here's the thing:
By this metric,
One time buyers are your most expensive and more worthless customers.
On the contrary,
Loyal customers are your most inexpensive and most valuable.
Once recruited they stick around AND they are repeat buyers!
See if this helps:
Have an overarching idea (ethos) behind your clothing and earnestly remind your audience of it.
Loyal customers really eat that up.
