Having an 'open line of communication' doesn't stop at answering DMs.
it goes further.
To truly have an open line of communication
you must involve the community as part of the process
by representing them through your brand.
Okay, putting it plain and simple now:
By posting about your community and what it means,
you are representing those that care about it most,
bridging the gap between you, the businessperson, and them, the customer.
That bridge is your "open line".
Connection baby!
Here's the thing:
Those that have an open line of communication
that invites their customers apart of a community
with promise that they will be seen and acknowledged
are those that will build true relationships with real people.
And true relationships create trust.
Because at the end of the day,
a community isn't community without connection.
