Help probably costs you money as well.
But, how to you know if the help is worth it?
Do. The. Math.
What's a loyal customer worth to you?
What is it worth if customer retention was increased by 1.5x? In other words, if more one-time buyers bought 2 or 3 times!
On the other side of the equation:
What does the help cost?
So, it's simple.
If the help costs more than the value of the solution, maybe it's time to look for another source of help.
However, if the solution is worth more than the cost of help, the decision is a no-brainer.
