Band-Aids to Diseases

Addressing low-value customers with band-aids often ends in burn out.

High customer churn
Low lifetime customer value
Slow sell-out of clothing collections
Low checkout cart value
An unknown brand name
Leftover stock
Low sales

These are all symptoms of low value customers.

And instead of addressing the root

The temptation to apply a band-aid:

Discounted products
Turning to low quality materials
Desperation in marketing products
Excessive rebranding
Layoffs

Here's the thing:

These band-aids only perpetuate low value-customers.

In fact, they acts as a positive feedback loop,

Exponentially increasing the problem

Until...

Burnout.

And that's why most streetwear brands don't last longer than 3 years :(
