All Customers Are Not Created Equal

There are only 4 types of customers:

Potential customers (prospects)

One time buyers

Repeat (loyal) customers

Past customers

When your prospect becomes a buyer, they have one of two choices:

OPTION 1: Become a LOYAL customer

OPTION 2: Become a PAST customer.

There is no other route.

When it's put into that perspective

building a community of customers that stick around becomes a lot more important

to the sustainability of your streetwear brand

and the assurance of your income.

Because losing a customer is EXPENSIVE.

My point is this:

It's in your best interest to figure out

not only what attracts customers

but what makes them stay.

Hint: The quality of your garments is step one. But only step one.
